General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – limomuv
1. General Provisions
These terms apply to all services provided through the online portal www.limomuv.com and its related services, referred to as "limomuv".
The platform allows users to book transportation services via its own vehicles or through independent service providers.
These terms are an integral part of every agreement concluded through the platform.
2. Contractual Relationship
limomuv does not only provide direct transportation but may also engage external partners (PST) to ensure service delivery.
limomuv concludes the necessary agreements with partners on its own behalf to guarantee the user's right to transportation.
The platform's role with the user is limited to "organizing the service contract," and it has the absolute right to choose the most suitable partner for execution.
3. Marketing and Registration
Obligation: Users must register to ensure accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.
Prohibition: Automated registration is strictly prohibited.
4. Content of the Transport Contract
4.1 Types of Trips and Changes
Distance Transfer: The price is determined based on the origin and destination points.
Hourly Booking: Includes a maximum of 20 km/hour. Any excess in time or distance will incur additional charges.
Modifications: Changes may be requested after the contract is concluded subject to availability, with possible additional fees.
4.2 Pick-up Time and Delays
Airports and Stations: The trip is tracked and pick-up is automatically postponed for up to two hours. After that, the platform may cancel or reschedule the trip.
4.3 Vehicle Category and Upgrade
Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only; we do not guarantee a specific model but guarantee the "category".
limomuv reserves the right to upgrade the vehicle category (e.g., from Business to First Class) at no extra charge, subject to availability.
4.4 Transport Safety and Prohibited Items
Excess baggage, animals, or wheelchairs must be declared at the time of booking.
Prohibited items: Weapons (even replicas), stun guns, caustic chemicals, explosives, and sharp objects exceeding 6 cm are strictly forbidden.
4.5 Cancellation and No-Show
Free cancellation: Available only through the dedicated feature on the website and within the period specified in the selected price.
No-Show: Standard cases: waiting time up to 15 minutes maximum. Airports/Stations: waiting time of 45 minutes. After these periods, the trip is cancelled and the user is not entitled to any refund.
4.6 Behavior Inside the Vehicle
Seatbelts must be worn and the driver's instructions must be followed at all times.
Strictly prohibited: Smoking, extending limbs outside the windows, or opening doors while the vehicle is in motion.
Violation of the smoking policy will result in cleaning and vehicle downtime costs being charged to the user.
5. Fees and Payment
Payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or Satispay.
Route adjustments: Any increase in distance or hours during the trip will be recalculated and charged immediately.
Waiting times: Free for the first 45 minutes at airports, and 15 minutes at other locations. Any excess will incur additional charges.
6. Liability
limomuv: Liable only for damages resulting from gross negligence.
Partners (PST): The executing partner bears full criminal and civil liability for any incidents or injuries occurring inside their vehicle, as they are subject to their own insurance and independent licenses.
Forgotten items: The company bears no responsibility for belongings left in vehicles.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Data Controller: Magic S.r.l.
Purpose: Contract execution, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

8. Final Provisions
Applicable Law: Laws of the Italian Republic.
Jurisdiction: Court of Milan.
