Cookie policy: Technical cookies (for smooth browsing), analytical cookies (for statistical purposes), and profiling cookies (for sending personalised messages based on browsing behaviour) may be used.
Third-party sharing: Data may be transferred to third parties (partners) for processing on our behalf, only to the extent strictly necessary and after careful selection to ensure their competency.
Legal disclosure: Data is disclosed only in cases required by law or EU regulations, or for activities directly related to the user's area of interest.
Data subject rights: Access and control, objection and portability, opt-out from promotional communications, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

limomuv uses paper, electronic, and digital tools and applies technical procedures to prevent data loss, alteration, or unauthorized access (Data Protection by Design & Default).
During statistical analyses, identifying information is separated from other data to ensure it cannot be traced back to the individual.
Data Collection Standards
Mandatory data: Data required to fulfil your request (e.g., your name for a donation). Failure to provide it means the service cannot be rendered.
Optional data: Additional data to improve your experience; you have complete freedom to provide it or not.
Data source: Data is collected directly from you in most cases. In specific cases, it may be obtained from trusted third parties in accordance with the law.
Note: We apply the principle of "data minimisation" — we only request and process what is strictly necessary for the specified purpose.

Donations: Retained for the period required, then extended for legal and tax obligations.
Campaigns and events: Limited to the duration of the campaign or event.
Newsletters: For the duration of your subscription, deleted upon unsubscribe request.
Recruitment/volunteering: For the evaluation period, possibly retained for future similar positions.
Tax and administrative obligations: Retained for 10 years in accordance with national and EU laws.
Direct marketing and profiling: While your profile remains relevant to our activities, deleted upon objection to processing.

Legal defence: Until all legal proceedings and time limits set by the competent authorities are concluded.
After the specified periods, limomuv either permanently destroys the identifying data or anonymises it.
