Use of images and testimonials: Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interest. Publishing photos and testimonials via communication channels for documenting activities, without commercial use or financial compensation.
Legal and statistical purposes: Legal compliance with administrative decisions and national/EU laws; anonymized statistical reports to improve performance; legal defence of limomuv's rights.
Processing Methods and Security
limomuv uses paper, electronic, and digital tools and applies technical procedures to prevent data loss, alteration, or unauthorized access (Data Protection by Design & Default).
During statistical analyses, identifying information is separated from other data to ensure it cannot be traced back to the individual.
Data Collection Standards
Mandatory data: Data required to fulfil your request (e.g., your name for a donation). Failure to provide it means the service cannot be rendered.

Social Media
Users joining limomuv's social media pages (liking, following, or joining groups) expressly indicate their wish to follow our news and initiatives.
limomuv may send informational and promotional messages on topics the user has shown interest in, in accordance with the guarantor's guidelines.
The legal basis for such communications ceases when the user leaves the group or unfollows. Individual contact data is not used for promotional purposes without explicit, informed, and freely given consent.
